| Oh yeah and it will be used for some video/photo stuff and gaming. I can't really spend too much more money and if you see where I could shave a dollar or two off that would be nice. |

| Want me to ice him, boss? | Welcome to HL. I would check this case out ( I have this case and love it) good for first time builders and has a decent air filtration system on intake side.Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UW Black Aluminum Bezel , SECC Chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases and this monitor is a good bang for buck Newegg.com - Acer X223Wbd Black 22" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 2500:1 - LCD Monitors My son has this monitor and has no complaints, and looks great. EDIT: This would be my choice in memory because I love rebate checks LOL and because it's a very good product. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148212 Last edited by oldman_gamer; October 8th, 2008 at 18:11. |

| That actually looks like a very solid setup. However, if you are patient, Nehalem is just around the corner, and I'd wait for that if you can. E8400 DFI Blood Iron P35-T2RL 4GB G.Skill 800MHz Sapphire Radeon HD3870 512MB Silverstone DA650W WD 250GB + Seagate 320GB |

| Functional Alcoholic | Even if you don't go for a Nehalem setup, it will lower the prices of current CPUs and Motherboards. You will also probably see another drop in DDR2. |
