I would never watch a porn DVD. However of the hundreds I haven't watched I never came accross (no pun intended) a porn DVD with any copywrite protection on it.

According to a quirky Broadway play style song that my wife has (can't remember the name of the show), yes. In fact, it emphatically states that "The in-ter-net is for porn...the in-ter-net is for porn..."
