Default An odd question

Hey, just came back from China, and I almost got the internet working, except for the part where I couldn't get the main computer working with D-Link DI 524..

ANyways, the weird question is.. can I use a wireless router.. *D-Link DI 524* and use it as a cable/dsl and link it to my other computer, if I can, would someone explain how I can do the wiring?

Well, I have to go, bye all, and hope you can reply

I am not sure I understand completely...
the d-link is a router, you need a seperate modem for the high speed...

so the wiring should go like this:
from wall to modem
modem to WAN on router
LAN wired port to the computer

Wireless takes a bit more and depends on the type of wireless card you are using on the other devices.

Thanks HL and Corsair!

if it is connected like I said there then yes it should work provided your ISP doesn't use non-standard connection type settings
