Default The new Google? ChaCha.com

Have any of you heard about http://www.chacha.com/ yet? They're being compared to Google. They claim to be better than Google because you can chat with a live guide - a real person. You ask what you need and the other person answers your questions with links.

I saw it on TV tonight, so I thought I'd give it a whirl. First, I did a search for "Intel". The initial page loaded quickly, and about 5 seconds later, it showed me the "results". Here's what it gave me:

Notice that http://www.intel.com/ doesn't show up anywhere!!! Next, I tried finding information about the Conroe chip by talking to a guide. After I typed in "Intel", she asked me what specifically I wanted to know. I replied that I wanted to know about the technical details and architecture of the chip. She asked me to wait.

Meanwhile, I did a Google search for "Intel Conroe architecture" and found exactly what I was looking for on the first result. And I read it as I waited for her to reply.... the entire article and diagrams, that is.

More than five MINUTES later, she sent me this link. Yes, that's right... A GOOGLE SEARCH for what I typed in!

Oh, and BTW, did I mention that it doesn't work in Firefox?
