| I would like to setup a home FTP server so that I have access files when I'm at work. Is there a simple way of doing this using Windows XP Pro or should I use a freeware FTP client? Would there be any restrictions I may need to worry about from my cable company or would they restrict FTP access? I've never attempted this so any help would be greatly appreciated. | Functional Alcoholic | The FTP server in XP isn't too bad. Filezilla is a good free client. Either way works. Here are a couple guides, a google search for setting up a home FTP server will return some helpful sites.
