Unto the Breach - Again

Im thought i'd have another crack at OCing now i got some spare time. I read in another thread sometimes you experience lag and data loss, and crashes from unstable OCs. What kind of data loss should i be on the lookout for, like programs not working or stuff just dissappearing?

Also im gonna run Orthos for 12-24 hours, and super Pi 32M before and after the orthos, think that'll be enough to tell whether it's stable?

Also im probably gunna be running it while im sleeping, is there a temp program that tells you what the temps were over a certain period of time, or does orthos have this function built in somewhere?

CoreTemps does if you enable the "log" function.

also might want to do some 3dmark06 runs. sometimes an overclock is stable with one program, yet crashes with another.

3DMark? Just run a few loops of it.
