Default Overclocking Asus A8N32-SLI deluxe

Where do i start? Was there a previous thread for this board? Cannot find it.
I am new to overclocking,any tut's for doing this?



Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe. Amd X2 4200
2GB Corsair XMS Extreme. BFG 8800GTS 320 OC2
ThermalTake "Big Typhoon". Audigy 2 ZS.
Logitech X-530 5.1 surround. Sceptre X9 LCD
WD 2000 HDD. Lit-on DVD R/RW. MGE "Viper"case
PurePower RX 500W

lower your HTT frequency or multiplier. It should be lowered to either 3x or 600mhz, which ever is on your board. If you want, you may want to set up a cpu//ram divider, but you ram is very nice quality ram, so it should be good to go without a divider. Then just slowly increase the fsb with 5 or 10mhz intervals and when you get your first blue screen, turn the fsb back 10mhz and slowly increase 1-2 mhz each time until you find your limit. Of course, you also need to adjust the cpu voltage accordingly to how far you want to push your cpu.

MY 3000+ venice did 2.7ghz (300mhz fsb * 9 multiplier) with 1.55volts. I suggest staying under 1.5v unless you have a nice cpu cooler.
