Refer to this detailed guide.
ThunDA's AMD Overclocking Guide

Agreed, start by reading that AMD overclocking guide pc_guy linked to, then post back here if you still have questions or when you have achieved your goal

I was just looking over that article myself, and given what he says in it, it seems I've done good on my own voltage, cpu itself being at 1.46v (nTune lists the core volts at 1.53). So it looks like I picked a good place to stop.

I don't know if you've tried the overclock yet, but be sure to ditch the stock cooling! It will only help in the long run.

If it's not fixed, then don't broke it!

if you are talking about the fsb ratio it is set at x10 2000. default setting. I only have x10 2000, x9 1800, x8 1600, x7 1400, x6 1200, and x5 1000 I have change and tried to use most of these with no luck. so somthing is a muck...lol i also have some setting ck804(sb)to k8(cpu) freq auto not sure what it is if I change it to manual i get ck804(sb) to k8(cpu) linkwidth 200 400 600 800 1000 1200 1400 1600 1800 as options.

What is the stock speed on your cpu? You said you were trying to go to 2.3Ghz, so I was curious where you're starting from. Also, who is the manufacturer of you BIOS? I have Phoenix Award BIOS 11/14/05 (I need to update...)

In my BIOS, I can change my multiplier from anything between 1 and 11. The initial setting was 200 x 11 HTT (for 2200Mhz), and my FSB seems to run from 200 to infinity - j/k, it does stop, but I don't remember the last number it goes too, LOL!

I have my multiplier on 10x, and the FSB at 276 (for 2760Mhz). I have my voltage (stock 1.3v) set at +104%, giving me the 1.45v I'm at right now. I believe I have my memory divider set on 03/05, which with the cpu setting actually underclocks my RAM a few Mhz (stock is 200Mhz, and I run at 197.2 Mhz with stock timings).

I don't know how much knowing my setup with help you, but maybe you can use it as a reference somehow. All I know is that I did a lot of reading and asked lots of ?'s, and the first time I had a problem was when I tried for 2.8Ghz and had a couple system lockups.

LDT, HTT, same thing but different name. Although my BIOS lists it as LDT rather HTT.
