Default New OC!!!

after a little bit more fiddling, i got my cpu to run 300 x 9 = 2700mhz. Ram is at a 2/3 divider running at 200mhz with 2-2-2-5 timings. Vcore is at 1.55v. Runnings prime now. =) i hope its stable.

hmmm. I think my ram is the suck cause it wouldn't run prime at the tighter timings. Well i suppose i can't be angry. I got my cpu to sort of load at 2800mhz. Not stable at all though. I think i need more juice on the cpu to run at 2800mhz.

I wouldn't recommend running that prolonged periods with that cooling solution.
If you could give me a US shipping address I'll send you something better.

i finally got my 3700 to 2.8ghz and prime stable today. HERES A LINK to a pic i took. those temps are a right after i stopped prime95, so the idle temps are a bit lower (34C) and the temps at load running PRIME95 hover around 43C to 44C. my settings are 255HTT x 11 Multi = 2805 MHZ on a 3X LTD bus with 1.568V with a 3/4 memory divider running at 200MHZ at 2-2-2-8 timings

Congrats, man!
You're ahead of me...the highest I've been able to get is 2.65ghz without changing the voltage or the RAM timings. Only thing I do to the RAM is change it to a 150 divider.

If it's not fixed, then don't broke it!

2.65 ghz is awesome without having to change any other settings. i bet you can easily hit 2.8-3.0ghz range with that chip and a voltage increase, dropping it HTT link to 3x and a 3/04 (150) memory divider
