That board looks pretty basic, I doubt it has much OC options, if any.

I don't see much open OC room for that board...
may need to step into a ASRock 775Dual-VSTA mobo to get any OC headroom, this board will take DDR or DDR2, AGP or PCIe video card (at least one is required as it has no onboard video) or even step up to something like the GA-965P-DS3 but this would require DDR2 memory and a PCIe video card (again, no onboard video).
