Default Gigabyte Overclocking Tournament Coverage

Click the image to open in full size.

Saturday June 28, 2008 - Gigabyte held its first ever overclocking tournament in the City of Industry, California which is located next to Los Angeles. The contest was held at the plush Pacific Palm Resort, down the road from Gigabyte's USA headquarters. Its always exciting when an industry giant sponsors an event of this nature which gives enthusiasts even more reason to consider its products and a chance to see what professional overclockers can achieve with them.

there was no p45 OC coverage in the article because they ran out of time and never got to it. the main reason of the event was to find a champion to represent the US in Taiwan for the world championship using X48 boards.

i had a lot of fun at the event and give a ton of props to Gigabyte for holding it. most of these company sponsored OC contests are held in europe and asia, rare to have it in the US.
