| Stability isn't what I thought it was and my PC crashed again. SMP had gotten through 80% of a WU, but starts off again at 0%. Is there any way to force it to send the work I've already done, and salvage something from this? ![]() |

| Use Qfix if it is stuck in the queue. If not, there is very little you can do to salvage the wu. | Yeah, IBT worked the first time through; not sure what is going on now. Separately, got my VF1000 today and was all ready to install. Had to go back to Newegg and order a separate heatsink - sigh - so no hardware upgrades (including RAM fans) for a few days. Once I get all that crap added in I'm gonna restart the whole OC process. So my FAH points will limp along for a few days based largely on GPU alone....Hope to be back at full strength (and then some) by next week. ![]() |

| yeah, I've noticed that since the OC your PPD went down about a 1000p. instead of gaining about the same. my first tip was that the OC isn't entirely stable. would be nice to know if its the RAM, CPU, or temps? | Yeah, and it's driving me nuts too. Everything SEEMED nice and stable but obviously it isn't. Hopefully (fingers crossed) add on the new hardware and try again over the weekend. ![]() |

| if its the RAM then try loosening the timings, because RAM speed has little effect on your PPD anyway...
