Exclamation New Folders Wanted

we need new folders!! every little bit helps. if you just put the folding client on one of your cores only and just fold part-time: that's OK too. c'mon HL members: get folding ...and bring your friends too

our CPU count grew in a week from 35 to 46 and so did our PPD- nice job team ...but... this was mainly done by existing team members (only 2 new members), so everybody else: get your asses down here and start folding
we need the forum leaders to show example (we only have 3 moderators on the team: tyreal, quakindude and myself) and definitely need more members to chip in. c'mon guys: some smaller forums have more folders than us and there is really no excuse not to do it, since it will not hinder the performance of your rigs... so let's put your rigs to good use. even an old PII will fold... Help us make a difference...

Main rig:
Chieftec modded case,MSI P4N Diamond, D830@3.48Ghz,1.4V,928FSB

Inno3D 7900GT@542Mhz/1.6Ghz, Thermalright SI-97
Samsung 320GB, Maxtor 250GB; Antec 500W
Swiftech NB, Asus StarIceBlue CPU cooler; XP Pro

Laptop: Dell XPS 1530 (T7500; 3GB 667 RAM; 160GB 7200rpm HDD; 8600GT; Vista 32bit)

Exactly, we definately don't want Team Penguin in the lead for too long, they're ego has grown enough!

I've tried added another computer but it's not on all the time so the PPD on that is really low.

I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220

I would really really like to put a system on the team, but I only have one (for now) and it's already Folding, but for another team. Being retired sucks in some ways (set amount coming in each month), and this is one of them. If I can ever come up with the bucks, or get my hands on another system, it will definitely Fold for HL.

you could also ask your friends and/or at your workplace (I don't mean you redleg, since you are retired), to put F@H client on their computer under your name. just make sure you get the permission to do so, because borging (useing computers other than yours without permission) is illegal...
to borg (yes - the name comes from star trek ) is illegal and consequences include banning... so make sure if you install the F@H client on other computers - ask for permission from the owner

I got my friend to take a look at it and he'll send his brother.
Wether or not they fold under 50578 is entirely up to them.

First I want to clarify one thing. I never "QUIT" on my mother-n-law or the doctors she was seeing. Please don't think I'm flaming, I just wanted to get that out of the way.

Now then. Add me to the team. I just started my first program. And I signed on for TEAM 50578. I figure with this group of great people, why not give something new a try. I owe special thanks to everyone on this forum for helping me get my sons rig up and running. So this is the least I can do for now. When I get my new computer up and running I'll add it also.

Welcome aboard WhiteEagle and Beetle Bailey.

BB, you don't get "added" to the team.........you will automatically appear on the team once you've completed and returned a work unit, assuming you have put in HL's team number in your client config
