Default Windows Desktop scrolling

So i tweaked some setting and now files don't just auto align to the next grid on the desktop, but extend past the desktop and pops a scroll bar on the right. Any clue how to disable this?
Vista Ultimate here, but i think its a general windows setting.

(thanks blake!)

I know that happened a few times when I was running dual monitor. I never really knew how I got rid of it in the end. :S

Lol - that shouldn't happen in Vista.

Um, go back through your display setting first and look for check boxes you might have checked or unchecked.

I'll try to emulate the problem.

This used to happen to active desktop all the time - but Vista killed ADT, so I'm not sure.

I was able to do it on a notebook with XP, but not Vista.

This is a desktop right?
