Default USB Firewire cables

The front of my case has 2 USB ports and a firewire port but I didn't get cables to hook them to the mobo. I checked newegg but couldn't find cables with the 8 and 9 pin hookups on both ends am I looking for something that doesn't exist or what.

That is very weird, most of the time if the cables aren't soldered on one end they're at least, hum... there. =/
I guess if you don't find any I could send you some, though i'd honestly prefer not to given the shipping cost VS value of the part.

It's a mid tower case and the only thing are pins sticking out for the USb and firewire. I don't really need firewire just 1 double ended 9 pin cable, female connector on each end. The great mobo you sent me has a USB and firewire that will fit in a drive slot but I would rather hookup the one thats already in the case and save the slot for a future goodie. Let me check aroud here some more to make sure the cable isn't tucked away somewhere.

cables might be tucked away, usually are bundled up and rubber banded on the right side.
I was asking what brand of case....then, if we can't get some wires for you (depending on how they connect to the front) we can bitch at the company to make it right...I'm very good at that

If you receive a box full of USB and firewire cables, you'll know who to thank joker.
But really if you need some cables I can always send some, i'd prefer to send you more than just that though, last time it cost me $25.00 only for the sound card I sent to yuri. So expensive.

WHOA! $25 for something that weighs under a pound!

Anyways though, most USB/Firewire hook ups are fairly standard pinouts, I did have some firewire/usb cables, but i lost them :(

I found them. One is for the audio and the other one is a 9 pin on one end and 2 cables coming from it with a 3 pin and a 1 pin seperate connector on each one. The 3 pin says VCC the d- and d+ and the one pin is ground. Are these for USB ? The firewire is just a blank with no connection and I don't use firewire anyway. How do I connject them to the mobo? I know where the connections are on the board but their for 9 pin and these are 2 seperate cables with 3 and 1 pin connectors.

The 3 + 1 are infact the USB connections :)

OK I know where the connectors on the mobo are but how do the 3+1 connectors go? Do they both go on the same 9 pin mobo connector or seperate ones ans which mobo pins? :?
