Default Trillian problems

Trillian doesn't seem to want to connect. My internet is working fine, I can surf the web, but Trillian just won't connect. IT had been working fine, then all of the sudden it disconnected. After repairing the connection, I tried a global disconnect/reconnect. It showed that AIM was connected, but never would load the contacts list. I've restarted the computer and everything. Drew is on the same network and his is working without issue.
any help would be appreciated!

I have the same problem with Xfire. By the way, is Trillian completely safe to use? Does it have bloat/spy ware included with it?

Trillian is legit. No worries there.

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

Trillian is fantastic, and another one is Gaim.

As to Mat's problem, I'd try the good ol' uninstall/reinstall dance.

Blast it all, I tried Gaim out, and that wont connect either. Is it possible for a computer to lose it's ability to run instant messangers? >.<

One last hope may be to check the Windows firewall, sometimes it likes to screw with things when your not lookin'.

Firewall checked out fine, and I tired logging on with my screen name on the other comp, which didn't work. Drew seems to think the server with my screen name on it is down. :(

Have you tried AIM Express yet? If that doesn't work, then something along the lines of what Drew said probably happened.
