| what up guys? my temps seems to be off, what you guys thinks the problem? after about 25 min idel core #0,core #1,core #2,core #3 Intel Desktop Utilites 56,33,54,67 SpeedFan 22,20,22,23 CoreTemp 37,35,37,38 using Freezer 7 pro on my Antec 900 all fans on FULL. | I'd be most inclined to believe coretemp, but keep in mind that no matter what the temps are going to vary from program, motherboard and chip. | core temp does sound the most likely, 20 being too low and 50 being a bit high |

| Plus CoreTemp is generally considered pretty reliable. Speedfan is notorious for inaccurate readings, and who knows about the Intel utility. | I would use Coretemp's temperatures. They are average of what that cpu would run at. Also note, that Intel said that no program can get the correct temperature unless you shaved out a spot on the heat spreader on the cpu itself and placed a thermal diode right in it. |
