Default sudden on/off wont post

all i did was try to put my lovely computer to Sleep mode then it suddenly went to on/off neverending cycle until i shuts the PSU power down from the backswitch.

i'm completely lost i cant sleep, i have not tried to switch PSU... i'm looking into two possible problem Mobo cant handle Sleep Mode or PSU is dying again... if its the PSU thats it for Antec for me if its the Mobo i've been dying to replace it just cant afford...

System Spec this time is :
E6600 on Stock with MaxOrbTT
8800GTS
3 HDD SATA
2 RAM DDR2
965P-DS3 Rev3.3 which have been half dead since i blew it up for some reason but working fine until this night.
3 Tricool Fans
2 Blue Cathodes
Vista Ultimate 32bit
Antec TruePower 500W
and no Watercooling

help me out here... i'll wake up early and test with my spare Antec 400W PSU that i took off the Sonata II of my brother... it was working fine just this night i cant make it to post it take me for few seconds on then before it can reach reading the HDD it stops and restarts over and over and over again, i stuck my nose inside the case nothing smell burning nothing unusual inside all connectors are intact... i have pretty bad luck with my build i dont know waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

good nyt and i'll try to sleep... post update when i wake up...

akfhaklfhakshflhasfkashfkao32pr....Zzzzz

ps.using my wife's lappy right now but this thing is slow compare to a desktop...

My 965P-DS3 never liked sleep in XP or Vista so after a few failed tries, I never used it. I just turned off sleep and hibernate completely.

Thanks HL and Corsair!
