|  Steam + Vista HELP! My friend has Steam and none of his games lag. We put the same things in console "fps_max 101" and "rate 9999" He has a Radeon X1300 vs. my 7900GS. Obvious there. What could be the problem? I have no internet appz running in the background, my ping is 30s - 40s, and I'm lagging. It's the occasional short spike - gets quite annoying. Help?   |
