PRofile and Disk CLean up problems...

I have a laptop hereand im am trying to figure out whats wrong with it...

When the laptop boots up, just before the login screen, I get an error message telling me the computer couldn't load the profile and it will be loading the default profile. There is only one profile on the computer, and its an admin...... The guy tells me it just started doing it......

also i am not sure if this has anything to do with it.... I get this error when try to run the DISK CLEANUP Manager (right click on C:)

"Disk Clean up Manager hasencountered a problem and needs to close We are sorry"......

could something be screwed up with the operating system since this won't run???


ALso when i try and remove the yahoo and google toolbars from the computer I get an error box appearing telling me theres "internal error"

somethings screwed up....


any suggestions would be greatly appeciate!!!!!
