Default New motherboard for my laptop!

It's that HP dv1310us laptop that I have that doesn't work and needs a replacement motherboard. Now, the one I have has a 910GM chipset carrying a Celeron M 1.5GHz CPU (pretty nice CPU either way). I found a replacement that should technically work. It's the same size and everything and is brand new (and cheap), but the only thing I see wrong is that it has a 855GM chipset. Now, should I bid on it anyways (it's only $10 right now without a reserve) or does the chipset difference matter? Does the 855GM support Celeron M's? The motherboard is marked as a dv1000 motherboard, which is the series my laptop is in. It's just such a great deal and is going to end in 8 hours...

I may just bid on it anyways, but I want some help.

Thanks!

I think I'm answering my own question, but it seems the 855GM does support Celeron M's and DDR memory, all of my requirements.
Intel® 855GM Chipset

Here's the motherboard anyways:

Another answer to mine.

Seems the 855GM only supports DDR266 and my memory is DDR333. Darns!

EDIT: Will it run back to DDR266 if I install DDR333?

Yeah, I know... I just seem to have the knack to search for my own problem, so posting in forums never lets other help me. I usually figure it out after I post...
