| heres a way to do it, i've tried it before and it works, basicly stick a wire on the main power connector between the green wire on a ground, expect on the other side of the connector so you can still plug it in the mobo, and secure it inplace with like hot glue so you can take it off later, then plug it into your mobo and hit the power switch on the PSU, should power right up instantly..but the only way to power down is to hit the switch on the PSU, i've only tested this once so on an older computer, if you have a junker PC lying around, see if that works then try it on your main rig Opteron 64 165--1.5GB DDR--ECS KA1 MVP(thanks HL!)--x1800GTO 256MB--Seagate 320GB SATA--Antec 550 Watt--Antec P180 |
