Having problem with images not appearing right on monitor. Can see the images pretty well but colors are a little jumbled. makes the picture appear fuzzy. Any idea how to correct this situation? Have tried to set monitor refresh rate different and always looks the same. Windows "Help and Support" is worthless in this particular situation, tried all the help they suggested and no luck. I know it is just a very simple adjustment, but what is it?

Default INFO

I think it is an ati x300. I posted a link to the HP driver site for his machine in his other thread about the sound problem.

Here is the product spec page.

Have you tested your system with another monitor?

Haven't tried another monitor as of yet but will do later today.
This machine is using "ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Series" for graphics.
While typing this answer all he icons on right of screen look fine, no distortion at all, but when viewing anything bigger it is distorted.
Well work calling so get back later this evening.

I'd make sure the graphics driver is updated. Look here Nov 20 06 » version 8.205.0.0 A

How long have you had this computer?

Also be sure to run a scan at Panda or Housecall to rule out an infection

Wheee what a DL for Dialup, 50MBs, oh well maybe fix problem.
Panda Scan won't work for some reason will try later but almost sure no "Bugs" on this computer, using AVG and Windows Firewall, so far nothing showing up. But never know?

It won't run on hubby's computer either. Try housecall.

You didn't add any flourescent lights, speakers or UPS's to your desk area did you? I had a monitor that would fuzz up just from clipping on a small fluorescent once.
