Default hp startup issue

Hi. Can any one help with an issue I am having with my adminstrator account. It has been disabled. I have attempted to start up in safe mode. Computer starts up fine. It accepts password and user name but it will not set up windows. It comes up with a grey box stating account has been disabled. I think it has locked me out. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me on this issue.
