OK, so I saw a Thermaltake Bigwater 735 at my local Radioshack (wierd, huh?) Anyway, I followed the instruction booklet, having never done water cooling before. Everything hooked up fine, and I filled the resivoir with coolant. I rigged the PSU so it would turn on without the mobo. Plugged in and powered up fine, but the pump wasn't pumping!!! There is a blue LED on the pump and that lit up, but the coolant was not moving. I might not be the pump because the blue LED lit up, but on the other hand the coolant was not pumping. Help please!!!! I am low on $$$ and I don't know what I did wrong!!!! -Nate

Oh no! I'm not familiar with their setups. Reread the manual and ensure everything is plugged in. The pump just might be so weak you can't even feel/see the water... On another note.. I rebuilt my w/c and I'm getting 49/47/47/49 load on my quad. :P Water is nice. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220

One of the screws stripped out while I was taking it off, and I decided to try something new instead of air cooling when I got a new cooler. I dumped $170+ on the Bigwater, and I really want it to work.

i remember in one of TTpete's blog posts (i read it once and it happened to be there......) you sometimes need to smack the pumps with something hard like a screwdriver to get them to go. i think the title was 'smack that' =P

Anyhow, do you think a new pump will fix it?

Can you still return it? I say go back into radioshack with an angry look on your face and demand a refund. Then get a Swiftech H20-120 or splurge for this baby: Petra's Tech Shop A new pump wouldn't work because the tubing size is not the same. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220
