| Ok since this is a networking thing, it should fit. My friends and i use Hamachi, its like a virtual LAN, we play lots of games and can even rips files from each other. My problem is that it takes so freaking long for my transfers. . . Could this be due to my connection, or the ethernet port (its 10/100 btw), or simply because my computer sucks? | Hamachi + filetransfers = BAD. As a Hamachi user who plays games through it regularly, it is NOT the ideal way to transfer files. Use Xdrive :) However, as far as Hamachi goes, it is certainly fast enough for gaming, pings never top 50 in most games, usually they actually stay below 20 even with one person on a 128kbit connection. |
