I dont know why, but when i try 18 wheels pedal to medal or convoy the screens flickers and the game doesent run whats run. Do i need to update my geforce video card driver??

if U get phatty artifacts (big grey/uni-colored triangles or flickers) then yes, its your video card driver.

Artifacting problems are usually due to overheating hardware, but software incompatabilities (like from the driver), could also cause the issue. I would check your GPU temperatures if you can and make sure they aren't out of control (anything above 70ºC - 75ºC is out of control). Also physically inspect the video card and the heatsink fan assembly for dust buildup that could cause the temperatures to rise out of control.

UPDATE: ITs now working. I installed a new nvidia driver and now it works thanks guys.
