Graphic Sutter

On the wife's dell which we just reformated. When she is playing world of warcraft she gets like a 1sec graphic stutter that happens every few seconds when she moves . She had this problem when she first got the PC and she did something to fix it but she cant recall what it was . specs of her pc are

AMD Athlon 64 X2
2 gig ram
ATI 1300 - tried with old and new drivers
vista 32 bit OS

i installed the dual core optimizer from AMD and she changed some stuff in the game files that was recommended on the WoW forums but it still is doing it . It seems to be an AMD duel core problem . Anyone have any idea how to fix this ?

is she connecting via wireless? try connecting it hardwired as the wireless is known to cause lag in ALL games.

she is hardwired , this problem first happen when she got the computer but she fixed it . we just reformat the computer and she dosent know how to fix it again .

She thinks she found a fix . She changed something with the timing method and the open GL in the config.wtf file .
