Default computer won't start up?!?!?!?

my gaming rig, isn't booting up! I'm sure all the plugs are in. I tried both the button on the mobo and my power button.

I see the lights on my mobo and stuff, but nothing is working! did i just kill my mobo?

Could it be the video card?

As I have posted a couple of times in the past.

Unplug all of the drives, hard drive(s), cd roms, floppy etc...
Pull all cards but your video card....modem, NIC, sound card, video capture etc...

pull all but one stick of ram. Then try posting the mobo, if it still doesn't post, exchange the one stick of ram with one of your other and try again.

I have had computers not post because of a faulty modem, hard drive, and a bad DVD rom in the past.

Those boards can do that....and Stinger is 100% right.
I RMA'd a board a few months ago because it did the exact same thing....and was pissed when DFI sent it back saying it worked perfectly.
I didn't bother disconnecting all the peripherrals until later, and it fired right up.

Have you updated the BIOS lately, changed any parts, or maybe overclocked it beyond stability?

i haven't overclocked since i stuck my 3800+ in there. When i booted it up, i already took out my optical drive. My modem, should be working because i could use my laptop's connection via wireless internet connection.

I'll try unplugging my harddrive and useing one stick of ram tonight.

also, I'd recommend pulling the battery for 10-15 minutes, and clearing the CMOS for awhile.

If it isn't doing anything when you push the button, its mobo related.
Do the things we suggest, and we'll go from there
