| hey, I'm having problems with a canon pixma mx310 all-in-one office printer that my boss got for a customer. Whenever you scan or copy a colour document you get a big fat black line right through the printed page, and the page displayed on screen. So what I'm asking is: has anyone else had this problem, if so howd you fix it. any and all help appreciated. EDIT: the website doesnt have anything, and i can NEVER get through over the phone, they always put me on hold for ages. |
