| I took some pictures of my w/c rig and was going to post them up but when I plugged it in, I was greeted by a message saying the USB Device could not be recognized or has malfunctioned. I have tried the camera on several other computers with the same conclusion. The camera plugs into a hub and a usb cable connects the hub to the computer. ![]() I Like Watercooling. | Only thing I can think of is driver failure. Reinstall the software perhaps? Either that or the USB port on the camera is screwed. | In the setup menu you should have the option to choose between MSC (Mass Storage Class) and MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) modes (your camera might call them something different). Try the opposite of whatever it is set as. | Some cameras don't use card readers mine uses mini CD's. I have to have a knob on my camera set to a setup setting in order to download thru USB. |
