| Hey gang, I'm reformatting my hard drive tonight but there is only one stupid, little, annoying thing preventing me from going through with it right now. I had installed COD4 and played it a long time saving all the time. I know the files have to be saved somewhere on this damn hard drive but I can't find it. Apparently, upon uninstallation of the game, there is a question asking whether or not you want the save game files and configuration files deleted - when you press no, there should be some files left over which include both the save games and the configurations - The entire "Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" folder is gone from the "Activision" folder within "Program Files". So the question is - where the HELL are these save files? Thanks in advance, Jon |

| I'm Diggin it! | Look for a folder in your Documents. That's where some newer games are placing the save files. | Hmm...that's what I saw around the web a few places as well, but prior to me uninstalling the game, a "players" folder didn't exist in the COD4 folder. In fact, none of the paths that I found through searching existed for me... |
