Default Almost a Catastrophe

ACK!!!!1!!!1!11!!! my northbridge Chipest fan is well past dead. i was just about to go to bed when for some reason i decided to check my pc's temps. i notice that the NB fan is spinning at 200 rpm and the temp is a whoping 69C  so im freakin out right, well i get a bright idea that will allow me to keep my pc folding till i get the new chipset fan. take a look at the following pics. sorry for the image quality, its my phones camera

man thank god i checked! i would have cried if my northbridge burnt out.

and after my modifications im proud to report that my NB temps are now at a much more palatable 48C (running FAH)

yeah, the cause behind the duct tape is UPS: hence my loathing of that company.

they shipped me my pc, and i unpacked it and the whole faceplate was busted off. i had no proof that ups cuased the damage so in the end i got F'd

Yeah, I refuse to use UPS. I only use and recommend Fed-Ex....My Fed-Ex lady is super cool and I've never had an issue using their service over the last three years.

Opposite here UPS I've never had a problem with and Fedex has screwed up a couple times already. Including taking it to the wrong address and saying it was signed for when no one was home here. Luckily I found it a month later when I was talking to the receptionist at the school next door and found out they delivered it there.
