Wanted: SATA HD

I am looking to see if anyone has just a basic SATA HD that they are willing to part with for cheap or free? Anything 40GB+ is fine, it doesn't need to be anything special. It is the last part needed for a s939 3000+ system I am building for my 20 year old brother that has had a rough time out on his own and his current 800MHz P3 is just not doing well. I do have a 40GB PATA drive in there now but that is on its last leg and cannot be trusted.
Was hoping to have it before Christmas but it has been a hectic December and plus he is moving just after so now I hope after the new year once he is settled in.

Any help is appreciated!

I know a fellow here that has, or at least had, a bunch of 80gb SATA 1 drives.
I will check with him this weekend and find out if he still has any

Edit: I just called him, he must still be at work, but left him a message. Will let you know as soon as he gets back to me!

not a problem, it has been hectic for me anyways.... gutting and redoing a bedroom to be ready when my second daughter is born (any day now) and Christmas... I likely wouldn't be able to get it installed until next week anyways.

Oh hell man, forgot to tell ya, I picked up the hard drive yesterday. Will get that sent to ya early this week man.
