1. To sell anything on this forum you must be the legal owner of the item as well as have it in your possession. All items posted in this forum must be accompanied by a picture of the item to include a 3x5 card in the picture with the sellers name and Forum ID.

2. To post an item in the For Sale/Trade Forum, you MUST have been a forum member for 30 days and have more than 25 posts. You must also "Register" with Rich by giving him your full name, address, and phone number in a PM. This information will be kept on file in case a problem arises. (This information will not be shared with anyone, unless you are a troll intentionally trying to rip people off, then it will be turned over to trollhunters.com and the authorities, as needed.

3. All items for sale must be listed with an asking price.

4. Before parting with any money, check out the party you are dealing with. E-Bay has their rating system for members, but many feel it has been totally compromised by dishonest people. Heatware is a newer, non affiliated rating system that is moderated by some pretty good people. At a minimum you ask for a persons EBay ID as well as their heatware ID before making any kind of deal.

On top of this get a full name, working phone number, and always pay by Postal Service Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Credit Card. This way you have a paper trail in case anything goes wrong. Do not take services like Paypal for granted, for all the protection they say they offer they are a pretty worthless service (I know this from first hand experiences).

Last, once you have a real name and adress (along with those IDs) you should make sure that person isn't listed on trollhunters.com. A site dedicated to bring those who steal from others to justice.
