Default How many people would be interested in...

...my custom tech station?

I'm in the process of replacing all the bolts with rivets. I'm just wondering what a good asking price would be (price of materials and labor). I personally have no idea, maybe you guys could estimate from the pics? This is NOT a for sale thread, but merely a appraisal thread.

You had this in introductions, moved it to the Lounge instead of Market since it's not a For Sale thread.
Personally Nate, I'd give about 50 bucks for it. You said its about 2 feet high, right? Not sure on the cost of the total of materials but 50 bucks is about what you can expect I'm thinking.

I have this one. That should give you an idea of what yours could go for. I think $50 is a little much considering lack of a way to secure PCI cards. Unless there's something the picture doesn't show. Just IMHO of course.

30-50 bucks is about what I'd say, then...with more emphasize towards the lower end (I said 50 since I thought it was about 2.5-3 feet). Being on the small size, and a homebrew thrown-together that's a good price since it's not ugly or tacky.

Yes, but it also comes in really handy for troubleshooting.

HSPC Techstations cost 75.00 to start. They can hold 150lbs, how much can yours hold? It looks like it;s missing the crossbar that holds the PCI cards...

Another guy on OC Forums did this and built REAL high quality ones that were like industrial grade and I know he sells them for a good amount.
