| D-Tek Fuzion Accelerator Nozzle Kit by Mathew Miranda ![]() Several of us use the Fuzion waterblock so I thought you guys would be interested in the results I recorded after installing the nozzle kit for it. Since I have a quad, I used the Quad Split nozzle. For these results, I just looked at temperature. I don't know how to measure pressure gain/loss and don't have the tools to do it. I used the temp sensor readings from Everest. It shows CPU temp and individual core temps. Temps were recorded at idle and load. The load was placed on all four cores using Everest's stability test as you can see in the screenshots. Idle (stock): ![]() Idle (nozzle installed): ![]() Load (stock) ![]() Load (nozzle installed): ![]() Idle (stock): CPU - 28 Core1 - 44 Core2 - 47 Core3 - 42 Core4- 42 Idle (nozzle installed): CPU - 28 Core1 - 45 Core2 - 45 Core3 - 43 Core4 - 43 Load (stock): CPU - 42 Core1 - 58 Core2 - 59 Core3 - 55 Core4 - 56 Load (nozzle installed): CPU - 39 Core1 - 56 Core2 - 56 Core3 - 51 Core4 - 54 Reading through a couple of other forums, I've come across people claiming either no temperature difference or up around 5 degree improvement. I personally saw no change in temperature at idle speed and about a 3 degree improvement at load. In conclusion, my results land right in the middle of what I've read other people are seeing after installing the nozzle kit. I did not see an earth shattering improvement but an improvement nonetheless. I would defintely suggest picking up the kit and installing a nozzle as it might give an improvement of a few degrees at an inexpensive price (around $7). | Excellent comparison, Mat. For $7, you really have no excuse not to get the nozzle kit. |
