Guess my intro got lost in the "Blackhole". I signed up a couple days ago, but my post disappeared. Not worried any about it tho. :lol:
Anyway, Hitman sent me an invite. Not too sure why, because I'm far from being 'computer literate'!! :shock: I'm on the opposite side of that spectrum. If anyone was more dangerous with a computer, I'd like them to introduce them to me. :lol: :lol: I guess you could equate me to be the Tim Allen of computers!! Always looking for more power!! Back in the days of windoze 95 and 98, I had to reformat so many times from 'tinkering' I could almost do it in my sleep!!!
So, if you get questions from this 56 yr old dog, show me some patience, cause that saying about 'teaching an old dog new tricks' is true with me. I'm a bit slower than most when it comes to trying new stuff. As much as I want to learn, my income doesn't match the cost of replacing new mobo's or processor's every time I fry something 'experimenting'!!

It was my fault, you signed up as we were doing some system maitenance......which went awry......so we had to restore the forums from a backup.

The FDC will then send the mission out to the individual guns to fire. After the guns get oriented and loaded, the mission is fired. The FDC will then send "Shot, over." to which you reply "Shot, out." This designates that the guns have fired. Corrections to your transmission are possible at any time up to this point. After shot is called, the rounds are on the way and any corrections or retractions are impossible.

The FDC will then be kind enough to send you warning that the rounds are 5 seconds from impact, so that you may observe the impact of the rounds for adjustment: "Splash, over" the reply is "Splash, out"

there's a whole class we could give covering fire missions...bracketing, danger close, man safe, Willie Pete, etc
