| hey everybody. my names kanan and im new here on HL. been meaning to create a user for awhile but now i have finally registered, yay! anyways im in SW london in the UK. i have a modest PC which i bought back in 2003 jan. it is old but very reliable. i have upgraded the RAM and the video card several times. its still got the original mobo and processor. anyways ill tell you all a bit about my self. im 30 and a HNC photography student at kingston art and design school. i love warhammer 40K and i have a couple of armies at present but still getting to grips with 4th edition rules. i collect and paint the models from the hobby. in fact i spend alot of time converting them. i have a thread in the WIP section of bolterandchainsword in case anyones interested. look for my user (kanan) apart from that i write short stories and read alot. i collect graphic novels, anything connected with Batman, Anime tie-ins and i just got a great book by Brom called Devils's Rose. the artwork in that is amazing. i recently purchased a couple of copies of the new and now out of print Dark Heresy RPG. i also grow bonzai trees. i have a love for all things Japaneses. i practice martial arts, i use a variety of techniques taken from traditional kung-fu and wushu to aikido and tai chi. sometimes i day dream that i am a masterless warrior travelling across 15th centuary fuedal Japan but eventually realization hits me. and then i realise i probably couldnt live without the net and my computer. k-9 the truth is out there...Rig specs Pentium IV 2.53 GHz, 1.5 GB RAM (DDR SDRAM PC2100), 256 MB Nvidia 7600 GS (AGP), 120GB HD, DVD -R RW, CD-ROM 40X, Sound Blaster Audigy (24 bit adv.
