|  Greetings Hello all, I recently returned from holiday, ready to resume using my computer, only it wasn't ready. In fact it is very much dead. Given that it was getting very old, I am not too upset, as long as I can recover everything I need from my hard drive. And, at least it was good timing - just before my birthday - so money for a new machine was the only thing on my list! Anyhow, I have decided to attempt building my first computer, and have spent the last week or 2 doing much research, during which I came across this site, which seems very helpful. I'm now almost ready to purchase (getting sick of using my Wii to browse the internet). So, if it's ok with you good folk I'll maybe post my proposed new components for some more expert eyes to look over in due course! cricketsi Sorry for the long-winded intro, and forgive me for not having a sig with my specs, but given that it's just a redundant box in the corner of my room right now, I doubt it'll help. | ||||||||||||||
