anyone no where I can mail order vinyl dye for delivery in the uk

assuming you mean vinyl dye, as is dye to dye vinyl with, i would assume contacting one of the head admins and having them ship it to you, or googling around.
i honestly don't know what you mean by vinyl dye, but this is the best i can do = D

yup its a spray for plastics and it dosent need a primer

The other thing you might check, is with an upholstery shop, or an upholstery supplier.
