RIG COMPLETE!

Weee! my rig is complete, well at least running, I still have to order the x1900 but heres the spec

ECS KA1 MVP mobo
A64 3000
1GB PC3200 ram
Antec TruePower 2.0 550Watt
Seagate 80GB 7200.1
Win2k/XSBench OS
DVD-Rom/CD-Burner
Stock cooling
FX-5200(gonna replace with x1900GT)

Well here it is

(P.S. Blake, the board is running at 350Mhz HTT right now ;) )

350mhz! How stable is that? How about just updating your official worklog thread instead of starting a new one?

Because the worklog thread is now gonna be the painting case thread. Its stable so far, but remeber the CPUs multi is reduced

Yes, of course, I wouldn't expect you to hit 3150mhz right off the bat with your 3000

Still though, that's an amazing overclock for any motherboard. What have you tested stability with?

Havent tested stablily, just general window, oh it crashed BTW, but i think that was do to the fact that I was using so little thermal paste that it didnt look like there was any on the CPU, but I just got some and put it on, I also backed it down to 300HTT, but Ill see if i can get to 350 again

Wow, good luck with that. Just take it easy one step at a time and make sure everything is stable. I would hate to see you fry something during your first week up and running!!! :shock:
