My sister's temporary build... "Ghetto a PC"

Lol, Ghetto as in Get-her...

I built this last week, my sister needed a PC that would play movies because her friend was coming to stay the night and they wanted to watch lord of the rings (humf, go figure).
So I put this system together real quick...
Anyway, heres the system spec's:

Socket 370 1000Mhz PIII Toluando (or whatever that series is called)
ASUS TUV4X Mobo (excellent mobo for PIII's, btw)
An old ATI card
512MB RAM like 168 Pin I think...
20GB ATA HD
350W PSU
LITE-ON DVD Burner
Case: some card board box's :)

Heres a bunch of pics, very very ghetter, no screws... just zip ties and duck tape

Here it is on her desk :)

It's been running strong for over a week! No problems so far :)

i would look a lot better with ups or USPS box , those boxes are free you know

That thing is awesome, but I'm surprised it doesn't just burst into flames it's so ghetto.

When I first showed it to my syster she was like "........what??? That's my new computer?????".... lol
I told her it's just temporary untill I build her a new system in an actual case.

I just looked for one of those USPS Priority Mail stickers that I used to have but couldn't find them... but it would look sweet with one on it!
Maybe when I stop by the post office tomorrow i'll pick a couple up...

lol is that even possible? i'd prob actually just use one of my old vid cards/boards and have fun with it. Will keep posted =D
