Default Fan Designer

Are you tired of that plain looking black fan? well here is the solution.

I have made a fan designer. (look at last picture to see it in action!)

Here it is and it is USB (I made it myself by the way)

Here is the pen

Here is what the finished product looks like. I KNOW what you are thinking just keep scrolling down to next picture.

Here is the design on a low speed fan.

I think these just look cool. I don't know about you guys though (tough crowd) I was just tired of plain black fans. But I did not want to shell out 5 bucks for lighted fans so I pimped mine out!

By the way please ask before going and doing this yourself (there is a trick to it not cutting through the paper

On a actual fan at a request from someone in this thread.

And Death, it is HIS mod to present as he sees fit. Regardless of how trivial you may think it is, it's still something I've not seen before and I give it an 8/10 for originality, cost and ease of application.

Get out of the habit of belittling someone for their posts/ideas on these forums. If you're joking, then please get in the habit of using the emoticons to your right.

Trav, it looks cool and fairly easy to do. I doubt I would take the time to do such a mod as my cases tend to look more utilitarian in nature, but there would be a good many people that would love to use this I would imagine.

A little hub cover like that is nice to cover up those gaudy manufacturer's stickers usually found on LED fans.

I don't really like it but ya, that's original for sure. Maybe if the lines were more spaced.

If there is a final hour, let's hope for a higher power. One by one, and two by two, I have ammo, what about you?

I had just got into the habit of peeling them off. I do like the idea. Now make one that actually covers the blades too. Thats the one I want to see.
