Default Custom Hard Drive Mounting

Since I started started watercooling in my Antec TX1050B, I needed to relocate where my hard drives would be. I had to drill out the previous hard drive cages to make room for the radiator. Since I have 4 5.25' drive bays, and only two are being used up by a dvd drive and a fan controller, I decided I would move my two hard drives up there.

It took some time to figure out a good, cheap way to mount the hard drives but I came up with this:

To mount the hard drives, I used four standard case screws, two on each side about half way through. Then I used a coated wire, twine, and wrapped it around the screw and then put it through the holes on the side, suspending it. It took some time to tweak and get it all straight. The whole system seems pretty sturdy.

What do you guys think? Will it work out fine?

Should work fine. I would only be worried about it moving/slamming inside when taking the comp to a LAN party. Else, it's all good.

It's actually very firm. The wire holds its shape and is stiff.

3.5 => 5.25" brackets at $1.49 - LINK, would have looked a bit less ghetto.
