|  Looking for a laptop Hard Drive.... My wifes grandparents have a laptop and it's hard drive has failed. I called HP for pricing, and they want $200 for a 40gb drive. WTF? Anyways, I'm looking for more for the money hard drive for an HP Pavillion ze2000. Actually, I'd like to pay less for a hard drive, but if I have to spend a lot, I'd like more space for the money.  AMD Athlon 64 Processor 4000+ Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe 4 GB DDR SDRAM 2 eVGA GeForce 7800 GT 256 MB 2 Seagate Barracuda 7200 (200GB each) Thermaltake Tsunami Windows XP SP2  Last edited by Jafo; May 5th, 2008 at 07:25. |

The cheapest and best route I have found is geeks.com IDE Laptop drives SATA Laptop drives I myself am looking at this one: Seagate ST96812A 60GB UDMA/100 5400RPM 8MB 2.5" NB HDD Seagate ST96812A or this one: Western Digital 80GB UDMA/100 5400RPM 8MB 2.5'' NB HDD Western Digital WD800BEVE but I need the money first which is why I am looking for one here to see whats out there...
