Default Samsung LCD RMa = Good

They shipped my replacement LCD to the UPS store nearest my house and I just brought in the old one, no shipping charges for me or any fees... Really a good experience, took one week exactly.

whoa, very nice

i had a samsung plasma die on me and i would have to say that the customer service was top notch. they were going to send me a newer model plasma as a replacement but i asked if i could upgrade to a much larger dlp and they did so for an extra $250. i was estatic because i was expecting to pay the $1k difference between what i paid for the plasma and the new dlp.

Oh yea, Samsung is the sh!t!!!!!! They have always been just awesome

Hardly ever do you have to RMA a product, but if you do, they stand behind it 100%!!!!

Yeah I called in my ML-2510 printer that had some error message on it saying it couldn't heat the toner or something. Took a day, they told me to take it to the nearest authorized repair center. Left it with them for 3 days, then went back to pick it up and got my printer =)
Didn't even have my receipt since i was at school at the time, but they were very nice and just used manufacture date to authorize the repair (was built in august 05 and i had the issue in january 06)
