Default Now THAT'S what I call service!

I just had the best experience from NewEgg...

So, my ExpressCard adapter died a couple of weeks ago when I was building Centurion (yes, I call my rigs by their cases). Well, I figured, eh, who cares, it was only $20.

I was browsing NewEgg and checked up on their return policy and found out they take products back for replacements up to a year. So, I think, heck, might as well give it a shot.

So, I talk to agent Phoebe. Great help! I let her know about my situation and gave her my order number.

She told me that it would be too much of a hassle for either end to return the product. Instead, she said she's going to ship out a brand new one to me.

By far, I've never had a company go this far to replace any product. Thumbs up Phoebe and thumbs up to NewEgg!
