The Go2IT Group
1. There are no Developers in Cleveland, only Evolvers.
2. I knew I should have read all those books on developing on .NET and evolved beyond VB 6.0 and VB.NET.

Seriously, the Cleveland area does have a pretty strong tech heavy sector so you guys might do OK here.

lol - k thx
about every other day, i get mad at myself for not taking the programming route...i used to mess around alot in Basic and COBOL(and other crap) when i was a kid on my Apple II GS, Atari XE or TRS-80...I was doing all kinds of generic programming(nothing extraordinary of course)...sigh...I mean, i was in the first grade (back in the early 80's that was saying something) working on the computer everyday. if I only applied myself 20 years ago, i could be killin right now. ok, now i'm depressed.

Though I am not a "Programmer" or "Developer" per se I frequently have to write certain applications for aquiring data as test results. Not my forte by a long shot. I enjoy programming but work within simple boundries. Today it is not unusual for electrical engineering students to get a few years or at least a year of programming. Hell I learned Vacuum Tubes if that tells you something. I have and use Microsoft Visual Studio.NET on a few machines but lean towards Visual Basic in the family. Simply because I am familiar with it and it works for me.
