What pisses me off is this statement:

Of course, Microsoft is not entirely insensitive to the desire of its customers to hold on to their music. That’s why they’ve suggested that MSN Music customers strip the DRM from their music by burning it to CD, then re-importing it.

MS has pioneered and spearheaded the whole DRM ball of shit we have now. But yet, when it's convenient for THEM, they suggest we strip the DRM from songs from THEIR friggin website so we can keep our music. Doesn't matter to THEM that stripping DRM and re-encoding the f'ing tracks removes yet more clarity from the songs. It just pisses me off. I'm sure you couldn't tell. Today isn't a day for me post much.

yet lets see how many people end up getting in trouble potentially from RIAA catching wind of this claiming people have no right to remove the DRM
